Our company believes that communication is vital to good relations. After completing your order, we will send you an e-mail verifying your order was received and is being processed. We also keep you informed of all action being taken on your account (orders, refunds, tracking, follow-up, etc.) through your e-mail address. Please be sure to check your e-mail regularly.

If an action requires immediate contact with a customer or if e-mail contact is unsuccessful, a customer care representative will call the telephone number given at the time the order was placed.

Order Tracking
Order Tracking provides users with real-time status information of orders they have placed with our company. Whenever possible, we will e-mail all order tracking numbers to our customers registered e-mail address.
